Shipping policy

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

           If payment is received by 4:00 pm GMT, then we will dispatch stock items / orders the next working day. Deliveries in the UK usually take 1-5 business days for standard items.
None standard, personalised items or manufactured to requirements (MTR) will be dispatched as soon as we receive them (email notification will be sent to customer).

  • How much is delivery? 

    We offer free delivery throughout the United Kingdom on orders over £150.00. We charge for parcels shipped outside the United Kingdom (available upon request).

  • Who will deliver my parcel?

    We generally send parcels with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes, Dhl. However, From time to time we do use different delivery methods to process orders.

  • DELIVERY CHARGES

    These are priced per item based on weight and value, Special rates apply for bulk orders. We reserve the right even after confirming your online order via email to obtain quotes from delivery companies for the cost of delivery of your item and if delivery cost is found to be more than the price previously charged to give you the option to pay the extra to have it delivered or to have a full refund. We will not be obligated to deliver the item at the previously charged price and put us in a loss making situation.
